Compliance with PCI DSS: Are we there yet?
Featuring BRANKO LOLICH, Data Security Manager EMEA, American Express, Paul Brennecker, formerly of Barclaycard
If you are responsible for PCI DSS Compliance, and have questions that need to be answered, you must attend this event.
Date, Time, Venue: Wednesday 11th June, 12.30 – 14.00, 1 Queen Anne’s Gate, London
Complimentary lunch will be served from 12.30 – 12.50
PCI is a hot topic in 2008, several high profile violations of the
standard have resulted in significant financial penalties; major
violations can result in your organisation losing the ability to
process credit card transactions, and the subsequent public relations
fall out can reach disastrous proportions - all of this could have a
severe impact on your business.
Key Message: Many companies have started on the road to PCI Compliance, but have encountered problems or issues along the way. Each organisation is at a different stage of compliance, and therefore face different issues - one size fits all solutions are no longer of benefit.
This seminar offers a
limited number of delegates the opportunity to interact with PCI experts and ask the questions that are specific to them and their companies. A one hour open debate, panelled by
Branko Lolich and Paul Brennecker, will provide a forum for questions and discussions around PCI, and will allow delegates not only interaction with experts, but also the chance to benefit from the experience of others.
Branko Lolich will begin the seminar with an overview of PCI and the future of the standard. Panelists will then present information on a short list of FAQ’s, before opening the floor to delegate questions.
Key areas to be addressed in FAQ’s:
- The Self-Assessment Questionnaire
- Managing third party service providers
- Prioritising tasks within the PCI project
- Ongoing compliance and the Risk Management Lifecycle
- Maintaining success in your PCI Audit
- Data security, compromises and consequences
